Giveaway Policy:

In the spirit of being fair and giving everyone a chance to win, a person, household, or IP address is only eligible to win up to (1) one time in a (1) one month period for giveaways.  Winners will be chosen via Random.org or Rafflecopter, unless otherwise specified in the giveaway. Failure to enter giveaways correctly may disqualify your entry or limit the amount entries.  Make sure you read the directions for each giveaway and follow them.  I will not be fixing entries that are not entered correctly. In regards to giveaways, I also believe in the honor system, so if you complete the form saying that you did a certain task, I can only assume that, that is true.  Time to time however, sponsors may require that I verify that an action is performed, so in order to prevent from being disqualified, I recommend completing the task to the best of your ability. Example:  If the entry says that you need to be a Twitter Follower, then you need to be a Twitter Follower for the Entry to count.  If you are chosen via that entry and you are Not a Twitter Follower, you may be disqualified from winning.
Participates must be 18 years or older to participate in giveaways and live in the contiguous United States unless otherwise stated. Odds are based on the number of entries, and by participating, you agree to these terms. Entries will only be accepted through a Rafflecopter Form unless otherwise stated, and Learning As A Family is not responsible for disruption of the page or service which could cause problems with entering. The winner will be contacted through email (make sure you check your spam or junk mail). Shipping information, including email, phone, and address will be collected at that time. The winner has 48 hours to respond, after that an alternate will be chosen, and so on and so forth.  Learning As A Family does not sell personal information.  Learning As A Family does not share information with 3rd parties unless specifically expressed in a specific promotion or giveaway. Giveaways are not associated, nor sponsored by Facebook.
