How I Remove Stains from Car Upholstery with Biz!

disclosure

I have to confess that I let the cleaning of my car escape me these past few months.

A special thank you goes out to BIZ STAIN & ODOR ELIMINATOR for sponsoring this post about “How I Remove Stains from Car Upholstery with Biz”. Opinions expressed are that of my own.

This can be a problem especially when you have 3 kiddos who can’t seem to get drinks to their mouths half the time.

Plus, a heavy rain from a tropical storm day caused dirt spots all over the seat making it look even worse.

After vacuuming out the interior of the car, and wiping down the hard surfaces this past week, I found that I still had some pretty terrible stains on the kids seats.

I decided to put BIZ STAIN & ODOR ELIMINATOR to the test on this fabric, since it is designed to remove stains on laundry. For more details check out Tips To Teach Young Adults About Laundry Care.

To get started, I first wet an old wash cloth with warm water and then added a small amount of BIZ . I suggest wearing cleaning gloves as you do this. Tip: Test a small area before you use this all over your seats, results may vary on different materials.

I then took the damp cloth, lathered it a little, and began to scrub the seats.

Next, I completely rinsed out the wash cloth (It was SOOOO dirty).

Then, I took the damp warm cloth again and went over the seats to remove the excess grim and dirt.

Finally, I turned on my car and ran the air on full blast for about 15 minutes to start the drying process.

By the next day, the seats were dry, the car smelled great, and the majority of the stains were gone.

Needless to say this will be my go to treatment for the future because the fabric seats look SO MUCH BETTER.
